1. Returns

• You may return most items purchased from Cameraday Store within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
3. Contact your bank (there is often a processing delay).
